Who we are

iGenticLabs — also known as ATD — builds sovereign AI agents for businesses whose data is confidential by law: private clinics, law firms, accountants. The service is operated by ATDTECHSOLUTIONS LTD, a company registered in Israel. For any question, request or complaint about this policy or your data, write to team@igenticlabs.ai.

02

What this policy covers

This is one policy covering two different things: this website, and the ATD service — the AI agents we deploy for business clients, including a WhatsApp booking agent. They handle data very differently, so each has its own section.

03

This website

The site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts. Its security policy blocks the browser from sending data to any origin but our own — so there is nothing here that follows you around.

One cookie exists — atd-locale. It is set only if you switch languages, so the site can remember the choice, and it expires after a year. It identifies nothing about you.

If you use the contact form, we receive what you typed: name and email, plus whichever optional fields you filled in — company, role, phone, what you need, timeline, company size, a message, and an optional attachment. The submission is delivered to our inbox as an email through Resend, our email delivery provider; the website itself keeps no database of inquiries. Your network address is used briefly to limit abusive traffic and is not stored.

We keep inquiry emails as ordinary business correspondence for as long as the conversation stays relevant, and delete them on request.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard web-server logs as part of serving it.

The ATD service — what our agents process

Our agents work for business clients. When you message a business that runs our WhatsApp booking agent, that business is the controller of your data; we build the software that processes it on the business's behalf.

What the agent receives from WhatsApp is deliberately narrow: your phone number, the text of your messages, and the booking details you give it — your name, the service you ask for, and the time. It does not read your WhatsApp profile, and it never downloads media: if you send a voice note, an image or a document, the system records only that a message of that type arrived, and a person follows up.

Messages reach the agent through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform — that is how WhatsApp delivers messages to businesses. Your message text is then processed by an AI model to compose a reply. The model is served inside the deployment's own cloud project, in a European region, and we do not use your data to train AI models. The agent tells you it is automated at the start of a conversation.

Conversation and booking records are stored in a European region. Booking records include your name and phone number; in the system's internal audit logs, your phone number appears only as a keyed one-way hash.

Message text is kept for a limited window and then automatically redacted in place: the default window is 90 days, and a deployment can set it shorter — the first deployment is configured to 30. Booking records remain as the business's operational records.

Deleting your data is a built-in routine, not a support ticket: message text is replaced with a deletion marker, your phone number is removed from conversation records, and learned notes about you are deleted outright. The routine issues an internal certificate that the erasure ran. Ask the business you messaged, or write to us, and we will see it through.

For deployed clients the whole stack runs inside the client's own cloud project, on their billing, under their keys. Our access is revocable and deploy-time-only, we are not in the data path, and the audit logs that prove it belong to the client.

Third parties

The short list of companies that touch data, and what each one does:

Google Cloud — the cloud infrastructure our deployments run on, including the Vertex AI service that serves the AI models, in a European region.

Meta Platforms — operates the WhatsApp Business Platform that carries WhatsApp messages.

Vercel — hosts this website.

Resend — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox as email.

06

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to team@igenticlabs.ai from the address or number the data concerns, and we will answer within a reasonable time. Where the data lives in a client's deployment, we route the request to that business — the controller — and help them fulfil it.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to us at the same address, or approach the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at its top changes with it. A meaningful change will be described in plain language, not slipped in.
