SoliumOS

Everything it cannot do is why you can hand it a whole clinic.

SoliumOS is one layer above the software already running your clinic. It reads the day, works the revenue that goes quiet in a busy week, and stops at a source it cannot find, a decision that is yours, or a ceiling you set.

ONE OPERATING LAYER

Above everything you run.

SoliumOS does not replace the software running your clinic. It sits above it, reads what is already there — the schedule, the patients, the plans, the balances — and writes back only where you granted permission. The front desk keeps the screens it already knows.

Read is wide. Write is a list you approve, one place at a time.

Nothing migrates. There is no second system for anyone to open.

Every write is a permission you gave, never a default you discover afterwards.

The SoliumOS Overview screen: the clinic's morning — recalls, collections and cancellations — and what the agent is waiting on for a reply.

THREE REVENUE PROCESSES

Nobody has to remember.

Three processes decide what a practice earns, and all three die quietly in a busy week. Each one gets an agent whose week is never full. And across every channel, one voice — WhatsApp, the phone, a message — so the patient is talking to the clinic, not to four systems.

Retention

the patient who is due back and never rebooked.

Treatment plans

presented, agreed, and never heard about again.

Scheduling continuity

the hour a cancellation opens, worked while it is still worth filling.

THE ANSWER ENGINE

Not in your documents.

Ask it anything, in your own words. Every sentence comes back attached to the document it came from, and a separate verifier checks each one before you see it — one claim it cannot trace rejects the entire answer. When the evidence isn't there, you get the sentence above and nothing after it.

Not a filter. A veto.

The verifier has one power — to reject. It cannot soften an answer to make it pass.

The corpus is your files, your schedule, your ledger.

SoliumOS on the phone: the morning's recall list, each row closed in one tap — “Called — booked”, or removed.

THE APPROVAL LOOP

It learns your no.

Approve it, push it to later, or reject it with a reason. The reason is the product: it travels with the record, and it is how the layer learns this practice instead of averaging every practice.

Refusing takes one tap — the same one approving takes.

"Later" is a real state: work that isn't ready neither vanishes nor nags.

What nobody finished stays open, by design, until a person takes it.

THE SPEND CEILING

You watch it spend.

Every conversation is priced while it is happening, against a monthly ceiling you set. The ceiling is enforced inside the code that does the work, so the limit arrives as a stop — not a bill that explains the month afterwards.

You set the ceiling. The code stops at it.

We built this view for ourselves first.

The record is written inside your project. It is yours the moment it exists.

SOVEREIGNTY

Everyone promises. We can't.

A policy is a promise, and promises change. SoliumOS is deployed inside a cloud project you own, on your billing, under your keys. So after handover, "we can't see your data" isn't a commitment we make. It is a property of the pipe.

During the deployment we do have access, and this page says so. That is the sentence that makes the other two believable.

Your project, your billing, your keys — and the record stays there after we are gone.

It reads the entire practice. We read none of it.
